The Customer Retention Specialist is responsible for maintaining and building relationships with BBB Accredited businesses. This individual responds to customer service problems or concerns, builds strong rapport with clients with the goal of reducing cancellations, and professionally and efficiently ensures all BBB Accredited Businesses have a positive experience with BBB.


  • Quick learner with strong verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and computer skills 
  • Ability to effectively manage time and establish priorities 
  • High level of interpersonal skills and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented 
  • Professional phone voice and excellent telephone etiquette 
  • Ability to meet deadlines


  • Full-time position - Monday through Friday, no evenings.
