The owner accused my husband for smelling like booze when he helped my child jump from the launching Pad. Does not accommodate to spectrum children and was discriminated against for such by being scolded by the teenage staff. We have "issues" for our child being autistic.

Well Becky sure likes to leave parts of the story out. This started with a Facebook post of hers that called our employees "rude little *****". And told us not to scold people when we "weren't even at your stations to prevent rules from being broken". When I investigated with my employees I found out that her child ran past our attendant who was working at the station. The child climbed to the top of our 15.5 ft jump tower. Our attendant followed to try to get the child down (no parent in sight for a 5yr old, non-verbal, autistic child). Our attendant finally got the child up from a sitting position at the top of the tower. The child was about to walk back down the stairs when the father came running up the stairs, picked up the child and threw the child off the tower into the airbag below. Child landed on his face. He could have been seriously hurt. A few of my employees who dealt with the "father" stated that he smelled like alcohol. We have the entire incident on video, which is nice since Becky likes to deal loosely with the facts.
