I am a 18 year old black man whose parents and grandparents were military members, government agents, police lieutenants, and sheriffs.I purchased a gun from the business on January 18th, 2024. I had them order a gun in to which from there dealer, *************, claims it takes 3 days to come in. For starters their communication varies day to day. I have nothing again Paul or the other 3 employees, but they need to get their info and laws right. During this time ***** communicated that they haven’t ordered anything, while the other to men claimed it’s coming. For the past 2 months Ive been checking in my gun I gave them the full amount of money for. They kept saying it’s not in and they’ll call me when it’s in. I then have to move away. Upon moving away I kept calling to check if it’s came in to their same reply of no… finally I called twice in one day after getting a no, for the second person(not Paul) to tell me that it’s in, has the label on it. and they will have it shipped Friday or and be there by Wednesday. Well I’m writing this on Wednesday, I called to ask for a tracking they didn’t give it to me. To which by calling the dealer I was having it transferred to, they said “well that’s illegal, they by law have to send tracking to your email, and they have to send the package by 2 day service.” Meaning if they shipped it would’ve been expected earlier. I then called again, and ***** said “he doesn’t get a tracking when he ships, he just ships.” WHAT!!?? So now we’re pulling federal crimes? At the end of the day Paul and the other gentlemen are very nice to my face, and I appreciate them. But they way they’re running a business, I can’t get behind that. This is wrong, I don’t know if it’s a laugh in your face talk behind your back situation or not, but I do know that they’re doing something wrong. Considering everyone else has good experiences I also start to think it’s personal bias against me and they’re trying to be funny. Who knows
