              I ordered a bike pad from Back Country about two months ago. When it arrived, it was clear that it was way too big. I contacted Back Country about a return and they happily obliged. My new, smaller bike pad arrived the very next day, before I even had a chance to return the first one. I was able to return the first one the day after I received the replacement. Fast forward a month and a half and I get an email from Back Country saying they couldn’t honor my return and that they were sending the first pad back to me and I would be charged for BOTH pads. Now, I have TWO bike pads for one truck and I’m out the $120 I paid in the first place for the first pad. This is sloppy business practice at best and definitely unethical at worst. This company has lost at least two solid customers over this and people should know to be wary.
