The Nashville, TN BBB reports they have received complaints from consumers in Virginia who purchased satellite dishes from Cross Communications. Complaints allege that information regarding prices and available programming were misrepresented at the time of purchase, and these customers are now unable to locate the company. These complaints remain unresolved in the BBB Nashville files due to the fact the BBB has also been unable to contact the company.
