              On April 15th of this year, I purchased a Hyundai Elantra Hybrid with the VIN # **************** * I encountered no problems with the car on my way home. On April 17th I sent a message regarding the behavior of the vehicle not being right to my salesman. Attached you will see the conversation and him stating the icons on the dash are normal. I owned a 2021 Elantra and know this isn't right. The video I sent him was showing that the battery icon was blinking on and off. This made the car jerk. The car would not actually turn on, it had absolute no power. I had to hit the on and off button more than once for the vehicle to turn on. On April 18th the vehicle threw the HEV BATTERY problem and lost power. I had to hit the push to start a couple of times before the fault went away and I was able to get home from work. This is when he agreed to have the car towed and I would receive a loaner vehicle. The communication regarding that vehicle are attached. At one point I went to the location to find out the status of the vehicle and they gave it the diagnoses of the wiring harness. I brought up the lemon law more than once and in person. Each time they told me "we don't know anything about the lemon law, we don't deal with the lemon law." I find that hard to believe but ok. I received the car back on May 26th they had the car for 38 consecutive days which in Virginia it falls under the lemon law. It LOST power AGAIN in AN INTERSECTION, on July 21st. They didn't offer a loaner, and basically said we can trade you out of it. I need a car to get to work so I did what I had time for and lost my $11,000 down payment and equity. They also failed to register my car with my insurance after telling me they had... I only realized when my insurance company called and asked if I had ever replaced my totaled '21. But I guess that's ok because it was during those 38 days they had the car.

              Never taking my car here again. Sat for 2 days and was told both days “they didn’t have time”. Catherine behind the service pay window rolled her eyes at me, 1 of the advisors Mike jerked my papers & mumbled “not my problem” after I asked for someone to explain my overpriced charges. Guy at the parts window lied to me on the phone saying 5 hours labor, when I was already told 3 hours. They are crooks. My car is shaking, grinding, rattling and worse than when they supposedly “fixed” it. My car has been in and out of there the last 3-4 months, I’ve spent hundreds of dollars, they charge $130/hour shop labor you would think they would diagnose the problem correctly. I called the shop supervisor Joey 2-3 times left voicemails with him and he has not returned ANY of my calls. Have asked to speak to Robbie himself and was told he “wasn’t available “. I have worked in customer service the last 13 years and NONE of what I have experienced here is anything remotely close to good customer service. The way they get over on so many people, especially females and older people, is extremely unacceptable and disgusting. They charged me for an oil cap screw saying it was stripped but they’re the only ones who have done any oil change on my car. They will get you any and every way possible. “Stealership” is what they are. This is the worst place I’ve ever dealt with when it comes to “fixing” cars and having been lied to multiple times and overcharged. They are not honest and they will take advantage of women and older people. I have no idea how they are in business. I’m sure the other Woodall’s are the same way if they’re tan by the same person. This is sickening. Especially in the times we are in right now, people look for honesty and integrity. Don’t go to Woodall if that’s what you’re looking for! Scams and crooks is all you’ll find!
