I had to call several contractors to fix issues at my restaurant and for some of my friends and clients. Unfortunately, my regular plumber was on vacation when we had a small ceiling leak, so I had to contact S.J. Conner & Sons for the first time. We have a surveillance camera to monitor activities on our premises. Recently, an elderly person spent two and a half hours at our restaurant, while a young man spent only 45 minutes. However, we received two invoices from S.J. Conner & Sons, charging us $920 for the small leak they fixed. I was surprised by the bill adding the $100 for equipment charge that we have to pay. Additionally, they charged us for three and a half hours of labor for two workers. To make matters worse, they also claimed that we had canceled an appointment last March and charged us an additional $120. This was my first time contacting them and they gave me the bill for last year. I contacted the company to clarify the charges and spoke with their receptionist, *******. Unfortunately, she was quite rude to me and informed me that regardless of whether customers like it or not, the company charges a certain fee. Upon hearing this, I felt overcharged and upset. I even asked if they had a record of my previous calls, but they were unable to provide any evidence. Nevertheless, they insisted that I pay the fee anyway."Avoid calling this company as their customer service is likely to cause significant stress and discomfort.
