Bob B I have used Cundiff since 2003 in two different homes. First home had 7 heat pumps which they installed and maintained. Three of the units were in south facing sun rooms which can be difficult to heat and cool, but they sized them correctly and they never gave me any trouble in any season. They did a first class installation including moving one of my less used older ones into my garage without charge, which is why I ended up with 7 instead of 6. Sixteen years later I moved to a smaller home with 2 heat pumps which were getting old; so recently I had them replace both units. I thought the price was fair and I knew that Cundiff would stand behind their work as they had since 2003. After you live somewhere for a while you get a sense of what companies are good and which companies are not so good. I can report that having Cundiff install and maintain my 20 year total of 9 heat pumps (5 with humidifiers) was one of the best decisions I made when I moved to Smith Mountain Lake. I have never had to ask twice for something and when I have had a problem with a unit they have always had an experienced service tech dispatched quickly and the repair done professionally. I have obviously had a lot of experience with Cundiff and I have found their work professional and the charges reasonable. Highly recommend.
