Last summer my well ran dry and I was told that I needed a new one. WT Moore was highly recommended by my plumber, friends and the the county. I contacted them and was told that it he could do the work but was not available for 8-12 weeks. I faxed him my permit as requested and waited… at the 10 week point I called and they had lost my permit and forgot about my job, it would be between 4 and 8 weeks before he could get back out. He would not return phone calls or messages, When I asked for actual dates, I was told he would call the day before he would arrive. When he finally arrived 4 months later, he spent a week here, sunk two wells one 600’ and one 900’; he did not find any water; and he left piles of drilling residue all over my property, destroying my front lawn. When I asked for options on how I could get water for my house, he offered none, said he had to go to another job, demanded $27,000.00 (in cash!) and left me with his mess. I have attempted to contact him to discuss, but he doesn’t answer his phone, and his mailbox is always full. He does not do texting or email… please help
