Complaint: To whom it concern,I put my car in the shop on 8/30/12 for a speed sensor repair i paid $156.75 and its now oct 23,2012 and my car still not fixed right. The owner wont give me my money back and just a reminder i took my car back up there 3 different times after he was supposed to had fixed it. Now when i picked it up the last time they told me to bang my dashboard then it will work again my thing is i didnt pay $156.75 to drive down the road and bang my dashboard thats not how it works. I feel like the owner is giving me creep about it so i just want my money back and i'll go on about my business but i do have my receipt and it does not quote on it that you cant get your money back. so it shouldnt be a problem and i told them they can have the part back off my car so i can get my money back. to me the man is bad busniess and i just want this to be over with so Please help me fix the problem as in getting my money back.

Business Response: FIRST OF ALL , MY REGRETS TO THIS CUSTOMER AS I TRIED TO HAVE THEM UNDERSTAND; WHEN THIS CUSTOMER BROUGHT THIS CAR IN FOR REPAIRS, THEY TOLD ME TO REPLACE THE SENSOR BECAUSE SOMEONE ELSE DIAGNOSED AND CONFIRMED THE PROBLEM . AS WELL WE CHECKED THE VEHICLE AND THE SPEEDOMETER DID NOT WORK . AFTER REPLACING THE SENSER, THE SPEEDO WORKED. THE TRANS PERFORMED POORLY AND WE MADE SOME ADJUSTMENTS , THE CHARGE WAS $120. LABOR AND 35 FOR A USED SPEED SENSER. CUSTOMER PAID AND LEFT SOON TO RETURN , ANOTHER SPEED SENSER , IT WORKS AGAIN GONE AGAIN . NO/CHARGE . A FEW DAYS LATER , AFTER 2 HOURS OF DIAGNOSTIC TIME AND TESTING ; NO/CHARGE WE FIND , THE CUSTOMER HAS A SHORT-CIRCUIT IN THE DASH. WHICH CAN BE CONFIRMED BY TAPPING ON THE DASH AND MAKING THE SPEEDO WORK AGAIN. AT NO TIME DID WE ADVISE THE CUSTOMER TO DANG THEIR DASH FOR SATISFACTION. MEARLY TO SHOW CUSTOMER THE CONFIRMATION OF PROBLEM. AFTER INFORMING CUSTOMER WE DONOT WORK ON THIS TYPE OF PROBLEM, SHE LEFT. THE NEXT DAY ASKING FOR THE RETURN OF HER MONEY. I INFORMED HER, THE WORK WE PERFORMED WAS DONE CORRECT AND ACCURATE TO HER ORDERS. I EVEN RETURNED THE MONEY FOR HER USED SENSER AS SHE ACCEPTED. WELL GO AHEAD AND ATTACH YOURSELF TO MY LEG , BECAUSE I BLEED THE SAME RED BLOOD AS THE CUSTOMER. THANKS FOR LISTENING CHECK OUT ALL OF MY OTHER COMPLAINTS IN THE LAST 15 YEARS. O THAT RIGHT I DONT HAVE ANY ! BY THE WAY , THANKS TO YOUR DAD FOR APLOGIZING FOR YOUR ACTIONS. ROGER / ALL AMERICAN TRANSMISSIONS INC.
