Complaint: I contacted this company after seeing an ad on ******* ***** ****.com. After speaking with *********, I signed up for bi-weekly yard service. During the conversation, she stated they would honor the special rate of $20 for the first mow. The first invoice I received did not reflect this amount, so I called and left a message to confirm I only owed $20 for the first time, not $45, as the invoice stated. I also wanted to discuss a few tweaks to the mowing process (like weed eat first, don't leave clippings on the sidewalk, and please mow to the lot line). My call was never returned. Four days later,(after invoice number two arrived), I called again. Their young daughter answered the phone and when I asked to speak to her mother, we were disconnected. I immediately called back leaving the same information as before and requesting a return call to discuss mowing and billing matters. After 8 business days, hearing nothing, I called again, and left a very stern message with instructions to terminate our verbal agreement concerning bi-weekly yard service. The very next day, I received an invoice for three mowing services, no adjustment to the bill, for the first mow, and still no phone call concerning the yard issues. For a company that is "platinum award winning", I find their customer service to be poorly lacking. Actually, non-existent is more accurate.
Desired Settlement: I want a final bill for three yard services with a total due of $110- $20 for the first, and $45 for each of the remaining two. I want this service stopped immediately. I will pay in full when final bill has been received. It is worth noting here that from 3/22 thru 4/13 the yard was mowed three times. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but three times in 22 days is not my understanding of bi-weekly.
Business Response: This was resolved and it was a mis-understanding/scheduling issue; the deal was for “Weekly” mows and the customer requested bi-weekly and it was scheduled as the schedule for all of the other Deals had been vs. as she had requested. This issue was resolved with the client and we now have a regular/continued relationship with the client providing her our services. ***** *******
