London, ON - June 20, 2014 - Better Business Bureau Serving Western Ontario is holding the 17th annual BBB Business Integrity Awards breakfast on Wednesday, October 29, 2014, 7:00 a.m., at the Hilton London.
Better Business Bureau is pleased to have the opportunity to continue to recognize outstanding Western Ontario businesses in recognition of their commitment to exceptional marketplace practices. The annual event has been so popular that this year, BBB will expand to present awards to businesses in three categories: small, medium, and large business. Nominations are now being accepted for the 2014 BBB Business Integrity Awards through July 31, 2014. Anyone can nominate a business online at westernontario.bbb.org or by calling BBB for a nomination form.
In addition to the awards, BBB is pleased to be able to present fitness icon and entrepreneur Trish Stratus as keynote speaker. Recognized as one of World Wrestling Entertainment's all‐time greats, Trish is a 7‐time Women's Champion and was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2013. Stratusphere Yoga Studio, which Trish opened in 2008, is billed as ‘Canada’s largest eco‐friendly yoga studio.’ Trish has dedicated her life to health and fitness and has parlayed her success and passion into the premier lifestyle brand, Stratusphere. Trish’s entrepreneurial achievements have been recognized with various awards and publications including being named Business Woman of the Year in 2010. From wrestling champion and fitness icon to television personality and entrepreneur, few people can claim as diverse and successful a career as Trish Stratus.
The winners and finalists of each category will be announced at BBB Business Integrity Awards Breakfast. In addition to the award, the winners will receive a scholarship presented by the Rotary Club of London Foundation, to be given to each category’s winning company's choice of a student or students attending a post-secondary institution.

BBB is a non-profit, non-governmental organization. It is supported by businesses to protect consumers against scams and other unethical business practices. The group accomplishes this by educating both consumers and businesses, and by highlighting trustworthy businesses.
