BBB Board of Directors Announces New President and General Manager

The Board of Directors of the Better Business Bureau ofWestern Ontario is pleased to announce the appointment of Deborah Brady to theposition of President and General Manager effective November 19, 2012.

Ms. Brady brings 25 years of senior business andentrepreneurial experience to the BBB from the telecom, entertainment andfinancial services industries. She is an experienced strategic, marketing andfinancial professional, with a proven track record of community commitment.

Ms. Brady holds a Bachelor of Business Administrationdegree in Marketing and Finance and a Masters of Science Degree in BusinessPolicy and Strategy.  She is currently amember of Rotary Club of London.

This appointment follows the retirement announcement ofJan Delaney, who has served the Better Business Bureau of Western Ontario asPresident and General Manager for the past 29 years. Jan’s dedicated service tothe BBB, and the communities it serves in Western Ontario, is deeplyappreciated. The Board wishes Jan sincere best wishes on her well-deservedretirement.
