- Ability and willingness to assist in resolving consumer complaints
- Routine access to a fax machine and an active e-mail account;
- Availability to conduct a minimum of two hearings per year
- Ability to administer hearings in a professional manner;
- A cooperative approach to on-going resolution process;
- Attorney; or
- Dispute resolution professional with experience and training as a mediator;
