            I was transferred a ticket via TicketMaster which was in section 223. The seating in the upper levels are INCREDIBLY small. I attended an event earlier this year on the ground level and the seats were just fine. So Van Andel is basically saying that if youre fat or have any disabilities, you have to pay hundreds of extra dollars to be on the ground floor. This feels very similar to a scam. I requested a refund for my single ticket as I had to leave 20 minutes after arrival, before the openers even left the stage. I was denied a refund because Van Andel does not allow for refunds on tickets. This is shameful.

            I can fit into a airplane seat ok, but not here Seat too narrow, bruises on my hips from the arm rest.No warning when buying tickets.I hope to never return.Employees are nice.Place seems clean.Sat in 201 area 2022-12-17
