            Purchased/Received safety SI goggles for Covid 19 on 04/27/21 (order number:*******), size of goggles didn't match the pictures. I did not try them on, I put them back in the box, after being out of the box for 10 seconds in obviously the same condition in which i received them, they wouldn't have even needed to sanitize them, and emailed customer support for RMA. Return instructions were followed EXACTLY and shipping was paid for in full, with insurance. Got in touch 5/11/2021 after no refund posted or pending in my account, no update for the business. ****** ********* asked me for a tracking number, and she said, that she never received the package. I told her I had confirmation delivery, and she in-genuinely apologized, then turned me to ******* ****** whom also in-genuinley apologized and accused me of damaging the product which is 100% false, and offered me a possibility of partial credit, instead of my promised refund that I asked for and is perfectly eligible per the policy.
