I had a horrible experience with Perrigo - Earth's Best Baby Formula. Please keep your babies fingers away from the rim after pealing off the metal seal! My baby cut her fingers, one so badly that it left a scar, because she was grabbing for the container while I was holding her. She has never screamed so loud before or since and it took 45 minutes for them to stop bleeding. She did not do anything that a normal hungry baby wouldn't do. I had to call Perrigo several times to even get a response and then they made it very clear that they were not concerned at all about what happened. They only offered me a refund me for the container. You have an unsafe product, do you maybe want to do something about that? My daughter will have a scar forever, do you maybe want to at least pretend like you care? They offered no apologies. I sent the container in and they said it was inspected and showed as within the government guidelines, then the guidelines are clearly wrong. Anyone who runs their hands along the edge of the top of the container could see how this could easily happen and will happen again to others. I tried everything from filing a BBB claim to asking for a lot of money, but not even a lawyer would take the case since she was not seriously injured. I guess as long as you only mildly hurt babies it is okay. I do not know of any problems with the formula itself, but I do not trust the company so I will never buy any of their products again. I would give zero stars but I could not file the review without giving a star rating.
