Refund and Exchange Policy
If you have the need to return your purchase, begin by contacting us via phone, email or snail mail. It will be necessary to obtain a return authorization from SafeCall before returning a product. All returned products need to be in the original package complete with all accessories (AC adapter, phone cords, loading trays, keys, etc). Shipping charges are the purchaser's responsibility. Billing continues until the product has been returned to SafeCall Inc. and payment is made for all missing components, if necessary. If you are requesting a refund we will work with you to resolve the issue at hand. If, after reasonable effort on our part to satisfy your complaint there are still unresolved issues, we will refund the price of your purchase or lease minus any shipping charges. We require that you notify us of your dissatisfaction within 30 days of your purchase by contacting us via phone, email or snail mail. It will be your responsibility to return the purchase to us within two weeks once a return authorization is issued by SafeCall Inc. to generate your refund.
