    On December 15th, I won an auction for a toy truck from this company. The total invoice was $9.12. I called them on the 16th and asked if the small item could be mailed to me because of winter weather and the auction house is 45 minutes from my home. I was told there would be no problem mailing the item, which I explained was a Christmas gift for my 12 year old grandson. They told me that the total cost of the item and shipping would be $22.12, which I paid then with my debit card. The card was charged on the 19th per my bank.The item didn't arrive before Christmas I tried to call them on Dec 26th to find out a tracking number, only to find out that they were closed for the week between Christmas and New Years and they would reopen on the 3rd of January. I sent them a message connected to the item number on my auction win on the 26th of December asking for the tracking number just in case they did go in to their office. I didn't hear back from them, so I called them on the morning of January 3rd to get the tracking number. A woman answered the phone and apparently knew who I was from the caller id, because she didn't ask who I was or what the call was about. The first thing she said was, "I don't have a tracking number for you". She said that the item was missed and it didn't get shipped on time. When I asked her for a date that it was shipped, she told me that her husband had gone in to the office during the week between Christmas and New Years and had mailed it out then and I should get it sometime that week.I got the package on the 4th, and when I saw it, the mail sticker from the post office showed it wasn't mailed until the 3rd of January. I called on the 4th to ask for my shipping amount back and the woman told me that I had basically had free shipping and when I said that I paid more than double for the auction, she said she would look into it and call me back. She didn't and now they won't respond to me. I want my shipping cost back

    Don't sell anything "as/is" or untestested if you want to be paid....I sold a battery charger...."untested/ as is" which was listed on the auction correctly...well someone bid expecting it to to work and when they returned it to JNJ they gave a refund and then took the money out of our auction check without ever calling, emailing or contacting me in any way. When i found out about it, i was told :sorry, that was 6 weeks ago, i cant remember baxk that far." .How is anyone supposed to sell anything if JNJ will just unilaterally take your revenue from the sale and claim they have no memory of the auction?Never again

    JNJ DOES in fact Run an Honest Business - It is Important to our Buyers and Sellers that they purchase what the listing says - this item was actually listed as "lights come on, untested" and the item did NOT work at all. We Offer refunds / credits on items bought (such as this one) to keep Our Sellers from selling broken or junk items. Which in turn gives our Buyers Confidence when Bidding. Andrew left here with the returned item - so he is out NOTHING his item was returned to him without any additional expenses incurred.. Andrew KNOWS the process of JNJ as his Son has been employed with us for several years, and his Wife is a VERY regular customer of ours. There would NOT have been absolutely anything else JNJ could have done to make this Customer Satisfied.
