              I deposited 2000 cash into their atm on gullroad. It spit back out 500 for some reason and I was in a rush and because the first atm wasn't working correctly I just was frusted and didn't read exactly what the machine said. I saw 500 and I hit yea because it had just spit 500 back out to md....I called right after I left. After 5 days I called and the guy I spoke with said he had tried calling once the day before. He said he had to contact the company that owns the machine and he'd get back to me. Another 5 days passes and he tells me they won't be crediting me because the evidence doesn't show the money. I ask to see said evidence and he calls Me a liar. This bank has no customer service and shouldn't be allowed to steal people's money and provide no proof that I didn't deposit what I in fact did.

              Worst bank that I've ever had. I have a business account here. I have over $3,000 in checks that have been cashed last Saturday and are not even pending is still shows. I have all that money available called customer service sat on hold for 15 minutes and was told that's normal. How can you run a bank and expect somebody to run a business out of your bank when you have no clue what your real available balance is? What a joke. Every bank I've ever had in my life. As soon as you cash a check within hours, it's definitely pending and it'll adjust your available balance accordingly. It's been 5 days today and it's still is not even pending in my account for either check. Definitely would not recommend this bank to anybody, especially if you run a business.
