Additionally, the BBB investigated their charity status with the Michigan Attorney General's Charitable Trust Division and as of October 20, 2008, Free Gas USA Inc. is not registered to solicit in Michigan. The organization has countered the need to register claiming they are exempt as a church affiliated entity.
