Programs

Co-located at the Children's Assessment Center is the CAC staff (including a Victim Advocate, Forensic Interviewers, therapists, and clinical supervisor), the Grand Rapids Police Department , the Kent County Sheriff's Department, Child Protective Services, and a medical facility. Co-location benefits the child insofar as the treatment can occur under one roof- reducing additional trauma and creating a place of safety. All services are free.
