    I have called on August the 1st to get a quote amount about my lease pay off, I was directed from person to person nobody wanted to help clarify whats going on. I was transferred to my previous sales person which I think he wasnt very helpful which I get it just a lease pay off amount customer wont make commission. But Im waiting for the call nobody is helping. Next time friends and family want to purchase a car will go with the 28th street Toyota at least they care about customers.

    I purchased a truck through Toyota on March 8, when I first looked at the hybrid truck they gave me the impression it got 24 to 26 mpg. After purchasing, I drove the truck for a week and noticed the mpg dropped to around 18mpg.... concerned I called and had them look at the truck. Of course nothing wrong with the truck. They took forever to get back to me on options what to do because I only purchased the truck for that reason. After alot of back and fourth they told me there's nothing they can do! even though I asked them to sell me a different truck they said I can only trade it in and lose money on it. If you sell a product it needs to do what you say it's supposed to do. Then proceeded to tell me I need to pick up the truck because it's a liability.... I contacted my attorney and in order to start a motion I will have to put 1,000$ down to start. All I wanted was to work on getting a different vehicle. I am not happy at all on their customer service!!

    Mr. *****, I understand you have been speaking with Drew about your 2021 Ford F-50 Hybrid and the combined gas mileage that Ford stated on the window sticker. We took your concern seriously and wanted to make sure the vehicle was performing as it should. We sent your vehicle to Tony Betten Ford to make sure it was performing as intend by the manufacturer and were assured it is functioning as it should. Drew stated that you two spoke a few days ago and would be happy to put you into something different if there is something on our lot that you like better. Drew will be reaching out to you today.
