Complaint: Their company is harassing my small business and it's employees with constant sales calls and hang ups. unprofessional
This company calls many times a day, we have asked them to take us off their list. This morning, after calling yesterday after 4, called again at 10am. We have asked them to quit calling when I said, you have called twice in the last 12 hours ( meaning business hours) the representative got nasty talking about 30 hours and calling me names. I wish to be removed from this company's list and an apology for the harassment.

Please note that I reviewed the recording of the phone call and discussed / documented this with our employee. Your company also have been removed from our calling sheets. Our apologies for and inconveniences that this may have caused you and or your company. Please let me know if you have any other concerns.

any inappropriate behavior on my part was due to the frustration of constant unwanted contact. I will not remove the complaint until the company removes the statement about "both parties wrong" I can be wrong, it's my phone that I pay for and I have asked not to be contacted further, and companies such as this that HARASS small businesses even after requesting to be removed from the lists, should be punished or fined.

Final Business Response
We record every call that our agents make out bound. I reviewed the recording and found both parties wrong. I addressed this issue with our employee and reiterated to terminate the calls when potential clients do not wished to be called or use improper language. We have also removed Mr. Edwards from our calling lists.

Complaint Resolution: BBB determined that despite the company's reasonable effort to address complaint issues, the consumer remained dissatisfied.
