BBB has received a pattern of complaints from consumers alleging when paying Nationwide Pools, Inc., for a swimming pool installation, the consumer has not received the completion of the pool. Consumers state poor quality of the pool, failure to clean up after installation, and taking deposits for the pool then not showing up to perform the work. Consumers allege being approved for a loan to cover entire cost of pool installation, but are later informed they are only approved for a portion of the cost. Consumers state when calling for assistance with these issues, there is no response.
On May 30, 2013 BBB contacted Nationwide Pools, Inc., requesting information as to why the business believes the customers are filling the complaints, and what actions the business has taken to help eliminate the causes of complaints.
