            The company initially mislead me to the financial situation with the loans available and misrepresented the terms of the loan. Since then, my equipment has not work in its entirety or without destroying my electrical equipment. I would like to be reimbursed for the thousands of dollars of goods which have been damaged (two tv's, salt water generator for pull, and two water heaters, other misc electrical items. They conceded that a lack of ground is what was causing damage to which they came and fixed. The very expensive batteries have never worked and I have zero power when the power is out. I have had to pack up and leave my home twice in the last two years since having solar direct install. I have had zero interest from their company to make things right with me. This solar system has cost me well in excess of $40,000 in damages, not to mention being charged 58,000 for a $45,000 system.

            I purchased my Solar system from Solardirect in 2018. **** spend considerable time with me in working towards getting an estimate and helping me understand things needed to get best value (such as reducing demand by things like heatpump water heater which paid for itself quickly AND saved me significant sizing on my system). I live in ********* ** around 4 ***** from ******** where Solar Direct is and I was worried about continued service after install. **** assured me they would stand behind things and despite other competitive estimates from local installers I felt Solardirect was the one I wanted to go with. Today, 5 years later, I am glad I made that decision. I unfortunately had 3 failures on the Solaredge inverter we used. It was covered by warranty and despite the miles Solaredge acquired equipment during supply chain issue periods and quickly and expertly installed it to get me back producing. My warranty included labor for 5 years and earlier in 2023 my inverter failed again for a 2nd time so I'm on my 3rd now. I was worried how much labor would be to come this far or if Solardirect would just supply hardware and not want to do the install. However, I was treated with urgency and the cost charged was extremely reasonable despite the vast distance. I can say definitively Solar Direct is a great company who stands behind what they sell and provide great service years after the sale. Many others I considered I think would have walked away to sell more systems once their labor warranty was up. **** and Solardirect stand with me and continue to provide great service years after the sale. I highly recommend them for your solar needs!I also recommend going solar. FPL and ** changed net metering rules and I went from **** a month for my power to 30 due to $25 minimum now, but I am going with EV soon and will save even more so I would do it all over again. DO IT before they change laws to not 'grandfather' you in on current net meter rules!!
