Complaint Overcharged for work and failure to return multiple calls to correct the issue. On November 14, 2013 this company installed a water softener (my own)at my home. I was quoted $94 per hour twice, when the work was complete I was billed for 2.25 hours for a total of $269 which works out to $119.60 per hour, an overcharge of $57.50. I called this company four separate occasions since then to request a correction. Each time I was told I would be getting a call back and no one ever has returned my calls. In addition I was charged $130 for material, which included a value, 10 feet or so of PVC pipe, 11 PVC elbows and 2 couplings, this charge is usury based on the actual cost of these items at any hardware store. My work order number is **XXXXXX
Desired Settlement I want to be refunded $57.50 for the overcharge in the hourly rate and $50 for the overcharge of the parts. It would also be nice if they made an additional reduction in cost for the time I have had to invest to correct this issue. A refund of $125 total would be reasonable.

The company did finally call me back November 19 after many calls. They argued at first but finally agreed to give me the requested refund. I had to call them 5 times to get them to talk to me. I also believe they overcharged for parts.
