Complaint I placed an order for 3 products. I have not received 2 of the items and have not received a response to my complaint of more three weeks ago. I placed an online order from My Supply Depot dba CleenSweepSupply.com. I am not sure of the order date, I did not print the order nor did I receive an e-mail confirmation. Shortly after placing the order, I received a box from My Supply Depot that contained a slip that showed two items were included in the shipment and one item would be shipped from a different warehouse in Salt Lake City. Unfortunately, that first shipment contained only the packing slip and some air puff packaging. It was otherwise an empty box. It was supposed to contain DIX XXXXX: a package of 30 presharpened yellow #2 pencils ($8.22) and BOS ********** an executive vertical pencil sharpener ($34.32).
The packing slip is dated 11/08/2013. I am not sure if that is my order date or the ship date. At the time I received the box, I thought I became skeptical about the validity of the company. I decided to wait to see if I received the other item. About a week later, I received the third item from the other warehouse. A few days later, I filed a complaint to the company. It was not particularly easy since they did not send me an e-mail confirmation of my order and there was no website or phone number listed on the packing slip. In addition, the company name on the packing slip was different from the name of the website, so it took me some time to find the right site. I sent an e-mail on 12/16/2013 from their website to ************@cleansweepsupply.com. I didn't even receive a "thank you for your inquiry" response. I have not heard a thing.
I really just want shipment of these items, but I would settle for reimbursement. I paid with my VISA ending in 7500.
Desired Settlement I would really like "replacement" items shipped, though the word "replacement" is misleading as I never received the original shipment.
Business Response I have tried to contact **** ****** to ensure she has not purchased the products else where as I would be happy to re-ship the products. It appears the box was opened and she received an empty box. I have emailed and tried to reach her by phone and the number has been disconnected. We can either issue a refund or re-ship the products if I knew for sure which the customer would prefer at this time.
Final Consumer Response I have received the items I ordered. My complaint can be closed.
Final Business Response I re-shipped the items on Friday. The order is out for delivery today. I updated the link with the delivery and tracking information. Hopefully I did that correctly. But, Just in case I also wanted to respond to your email.
