I hired Two Men and a Truck just over two years ago to move a desk that I had purchased from a private residence online. During the move, the movers dropped the desk at my house and a cabinet door broke into a few pieces. I was told by the movers that I could contact their warranty team and that they would send someone to assess the damage and get the door fixed right away. This all seemed simple enough, contacted warranty the same day and they had a gentlemen out within a few days to take the broken pieces and get the door fixed. Initially he would randomly text about every 5-6 weeks saying that he had to look at another place to get the door fixed and that it would be complicated. After a few "updates" he just went radio silent. Cut to a 8 months later, no progress was made. I called Two Men and a Truck's warranty again, and they had me on record and they called the same gentlemen to follow up with me. The same guy came to my house and took a separate cabinet door (that matches the broken one) as he said it will help him to get the broken one fixed. His excuse for not having it done after a year was because "he thought that the company took care of it." I have no idea what he meant by that since he still has the broken door a year later. Feeling reinvigorated that this would finally get done since he had an in-tact door to now replicate, I was disheartened to realize that it was the same game. Weeks without any correspondence or updates. It's now been a 6 months since he came out again (1.5 years total) and I've been missing two cabinet doors. It's absolutely ridiculous and Two Men and a Truck show zero remorse, and offer no solutions to my issue. I am still on file with them as having an outstanding warranty, but there is nobody over there following up with the technicians assigned to my job and they don't offer any clear timelines or updates.
