Due to the quality of cleanliness we switch rooms. Now this 2nd room they placed us in had quality issues with the cleaning, roaches, mold and bedbugs. My family and I had gotten ate up all over our bodies from the the bedbug bites. They weren't mosquito bites either because the day we got ate up we stayed in bed and didn't go outside for that day. Our respiratory systems suffered a great deal during our stay. We had a cough. I had a headache and chest pain throughout my entire stay from the mold. We then switched to our last and final room before leaving the extended stay. This room had roaches and lots of mold(photos attached). This isn't acceptable and it's not of quality for the the amount of money paid. I am requesting a full refund of our entire stay due to the many inconveniences, mental and emotional anguish suffered, the damage and loss of our belongings having to take to laundromat and dry everything on high heat for 40 mins and the money spent at the laundromat to do so.
