            I listed my place for sale with the clear instructions of that Iam ready to sell my place and sign an offer when the place I am moving into is ready.             I had 2 mobile homes listed with this company. Realtor (********), is the owner's ************ never showed my house, never kept me posted, or what was even going on. Also listed my house with the wrong address & despite me asking several times to fix it & also asking her son, (owner), to fix it, they never did, which affected opportunities to sell my home. When her contract expired, she never contacted me, never picked up her lock box, and never even took her sign.The second realtor (******), was extremely rude; argumentative with me over the ************* kept asking me in a text, "do you want to cancel your contract?" Which, I believe she was trying to get me to agree so she could charge me the cancellation fee. She also never showed my other mobile not one single time, never talked to me about possibly lowering the price, & never picked up her lockbox either. I didn't even know that until I went to my mobile a few months later & both properties had the lockboxes & the signs still there. I called ****** a couple times & asked her to come pick this stuff up & she never did. I also left a message with the ****** **** never returned my call. I had notified ****** that I would be listing it as an Airbnb rental & I would need her to notify me so I could let the renter know. I also told her she could not go in the home if there is a renter in there, so it was very important to contact me prior to. She had the audacity to send the Lighthouse owner into my mobile without notification while there was a renter in there. Fortunately, the renter was not there at the time; however, this is illegal and I'm positive they knew that. The rules do not apply to Lighthouse Mobile Home Sales, they are rude, & do not care what price they sell your place for because they work on a flat fee. If they sell your place for $100K or $5K, they still make the same amount. 6 months later I just found out that ****** still has my mobile listed on MH ************** not even for sale anymore!
