Complaint Bullie's complete tree service & landscape design was hired on 7/7/13 to lay down sod, install sprinkler system, install a patio at the front door and plant 3 fruit trees in the back yard, the job was to be completed on 7/15/13. As of today the front patio is not complete, the sprinkler system not complete and the fruit trees not planted. They would not answer calls nor would they return my call when I leave any message.I guess it is part my fault as I took him at his word and paid him off before the job was complete. Product_Or_Service: Irrigation and landscape service Account_Number: XXXXX
Desired Settlement Complete the job as my front entrance is a mess. I am unable to complete the job my self as I recently had lower back surgery.I want the job that he was contracted to do to be completed.
Business Response Contact Name and Title: **** ******* Contact Phone: XXX-XXX-XXXX Contact Email: *************@gmail.com We have completed everything that verbally agreed on as to there is one aspect left of the job which is to install tiles. we explained to them that the concrete slab must sit for four weeks before tile is installed. It has not been four weeks yet this is why this part of job is not finsished everything else was completed as to our verbal aggreement. The ********'s called us back to do this job as we have done tree work for them in the past. They called us back to do the landscape job because they knew that we were honest, reliable and trustworthy. They knew this and this is why I believe they called us back out to do the landscape job. After almost 3.5weeks of us completting our part of the job they decided they would call thier credit card company and cancell the payment that they made to us. as to I Have proof with his signature for the credit card payment. this in fact scrwed us with our bank account and another job we performed for another customer and lost $350.00 from them cancelling their payment to us. We explained to them that we lost this money from our other job and would like for them to take care of. As to they had no right to cancell the payment they made to us. We worked very hard to do everything to their expectatins, we even replanted all the plants as to the wife was not happy with their orginal thought up plan of their new landscaping. I believe they should not have taken the actions that they did. they have made false accusations against my company and I believe this could of been handeled in a different manner. We stuck to eveything we promised as like i mentioned before there is only one part of the job left and we told them we would take care of it. We just asked that they replace the $350.00 that we lost from another one of our jobs.
Final Consumer Response As of today 9/17/13 the job is not complete. The tiles / pavers are yet to be installed. It has been more than 4 weeks since the foundation for the 'Tiles /Pavers' was poured. They have no intention of returning to finish the job, as they would not answer my call or return my messages. The area is so bad that when it rains water settles in the corner and over time it will wick into my house.it is unfortunate that I can't attach the photos to this document. I will e-mail copies of the photos to you. Regards, ***
