On April 15, 2013, BBB contacted Premier Online Inc. aka Core Cutter Plus, requesting information as to why the business believes the customers are filing the complaints, and what actions the business has taken to help eliminate the causes of complaints. As of this date the business has not replied to this request.

Trial Subscription Terms and Cancelation Policy
All trial subscriptions are free and customers only pay $4.95 for S&H. All trial subscriptions to any Core Cutter Plus product must be canceled within 14 days of the original purchase date before being charged for the full price of the trial bottle(69.95) plus enrolling in a subscription at a discounted rate of $69.95 + 4.95 S&H every 30 days. Trial offers from Core Cutter Plus are restricted to one per customer.

Agreed to "free" trial offer of product, paying only S&H. Notified by email that product shipped and that I had 14 days to cancel or would become full member. Shortly thereafter, $159.90 deducted from bank balance via cc/debit card. Phoned for refund and cancelled. Refused to issue refund.
Clearly, a scam.

Complaint: This website baited me into other products and then charged me for them after I thought I cancelled through one of their websites.
I placed an order for Muscle Factor X on 9/03/2013 for a trial bottle. Their website then directed me to another product, T-Advance, which I ordered a trial bottle of. The products were delivered on 9/5/2013. They give you 14 days to cancel the "trial" versions. I thought by going to the website and cancelling one, you would cancel both orders, since they were both ordered from the same website. I cancelled the T-Advance on 9/17/2013. On 9/21/2013 they charged by bank account $159.99. I called on 9/23/2013 to explain what happened and I still have the email (which I will gladly provide), dated 9/17/2013 stating that I cancelled one of the products. They basically told me that I am out of luck and that I have to eat the $159.99 that they charged me. I asked if I could return the un-opened bottles for a refund and they told me I could not do that either. This company now has over 30 complaints against them IN THE LAST YEAR for similar situations and something needs to be done to stop it. There is no consumer protection against theives like this company.

Complaint: Ordered their product as a trial. Went online to cancel as requested but continued to receive product at an alarming rate.

So, I called to ask for a refund for two of the unopened items that I received after having cancelled. The CSR got very aggressive and combative with me. Cancelled my, "membership" as he called it but hung up on me. I called back and he got much more combative and said that I am, "mad at myself(?)" and once again refused to help me hanging up on me.
I am asking for my refund of $169.80. My fear is that they have my credit card on file and will continue to bill me each month.

Complaint: I was charged on my bank card for a product I did not ask for.
I was notified on 07/08/13 via e-mail that a shipment was mailed to me on 07/06/13. The e-mail instructed me to cancel the order if I did not want the product. I cancelled the order but have yet to have $84.90 credited to my bank account. I have attempted several phone calls and was put on hold for at least 45 minutes without talking to anyone. I also have e-mailed the company 3 times with no response. I am a police officer and have worked in a federal task force and by criminal statues, this is fraud and a felony.

I did go on line and purchased a product that was titled "FREE SAMPLE" all you have to do is pay the shipping and handling. I paid the shipping and handling and was later billed full price. At a later date, approximately 2 weeks after being billed for that "FREE SAMPLE" I was again billed for another sample that I did not order. Per their policy which is in fine print and you need to go through their full website to find it, a subsequent product order by them to me was to be 30 days after the intials "FREE SAMPLE." That did not occur. This company has numerous complaints filed against them for duping consumers out of money and refusing to refund them, refusing to answer their telephone. A reputable company does not do this.

Some one used my credit card to ordered product from this company. When I was notified in my Email I called and sent email to them that I did not placed the ordered and try to stop the shipment. They did not answer, the product came I refused to receive the product and called to get the money back to my account, They refused to return the money back, when asked what the product was, the answer was the product help to enlarge ****,I was shock and let them know that I am a retired 62 yrs old woman I do not need to enlarged anything just return$ 4.95 that they charged me twice, they refused to do that. I am on budget few dollar is still very important to me and the company on line keep doing thing like this to old people who will take care and protect us.

I do not accept that response because I did not ordered the product.They notified me via my email and to follow the instruction to cancel, I had response to stop the ordered It did not work because they asked to put my the credit card number to cancel I did not know which card they had charged, because I did not placed the ordered, next day the delivered at my previous address and I refused it. I called my bank and notice that they had charged me twice for the same ordered that make me very upset, when I talked to them and explained to them they did not listen and told me to call the police and will not return the money that I need. Please understand why would I ordered something that I never heard of and don't know what it is. Something to enlarge the **** that I don't have?

Complaint: I cancelled my subscription from this company. They charged me anyways after I cancelled. They wont give me my money back.
So I ordered some of there product. Which i didn't receive all of my order. It was a free trial just pay for shipping and handling. In order to not get charged the original amount of this product i was instructed to cancel within 14 days, which I did. 4 days ago on the 25th I see a charge for $159.90. I called them to see what happened. They told me they will not give me my money back because my cancellation didn't go through. When filling out the cancellation form no where did it say that my request for cancelling hadn't gone through. The web page didn't prompt me to do anything else. Just enter the order # and my email address and name. I did that with no problems. Or so it seemed until I was charged $159.90.

I called them to get my money back and talked to *****, they say no we won't give it back. This company is a bunch of scammers.

they also said they updated the cancellation web page. So the old one is gone which i used. the new web page isn't the same as the old one.

I would just like my money back please.

15th day.
2. ****** ****** agreed to terms and conditions prior to customer's cc being charged $4.95 on March 02, 2013 please see
attachment C.
3. Shipment went out March 05, 2013 with tracking number (XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX) being sent to clients address. Invoice
enclosed in package contains our email and phone number, please see attachment B.
4. USPS.com tracking number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX shows customer received the package. Please visit USPS.com for
delivery date.
5. All products have our name, address, and phone numbers listed on the bottle for easy access to our company
6. I have also attached a copy of terms and conditions from our website please see attachment D
7. A copy of the cancellation form is attached explaining that cancellation is confirmed by email and if an email is not
received the customer should contact us. See Attachment E.

extra days for shipping time.

I have read the response to my complaint, and am not satisfied. It says I cancelled my subscription on the 29th because I called them when I noticed my bank was charged $159.99 they decided to cancel it then. If I was happy with this product and wanted to pay $159.99 I wouldn't be making a big stink about this situation I wouldn't have tried to cancel it within the 14 day grace period. Like I stated before I gave all the necessary info to cancel. I entered said information. It didn't state any further instruction. I got a message saying my account was no longer active so I didn't think twice about it.

I also I was supposed to get 2 bottles of different product, which I didn't receive. When I told the woman on the phone, she said "well the package was weighed should have all the bottles that you ordered." When again I told her that had only received the one from core cutter she told me sorry but it says it was shipped, like I was lying to her.

Whatever happened to the customer is always right. The customer service here is terrible.

They act as if refunding me the money (159.99) will bankrupt them. I'm sure it's a drop in a bucket to them.

I'm still a dissatisfied and angry customer and would like my refund in full.

I'm sure I'm not the only one this has happened to.
