The ISPC is conducting unlawful practices in the State of Florida by placing high credit lines on people's credit reports and by providing false information/misrepresentation of their contract in order to take advantage and collect money from people. Multiple complaints have been filed against ISPC and I am one of the victim of their illegal practice. On the same week we bought our house in February 2023, the water treatment solicitor came to our house. While I was taking care of my 2 little kids and organizing the house, the person tricked my mentally disabled husband into signing the "contract" with ISPC. When I came downstairs for a minute, the guy said it's an inquiry form to the credit bureaus to see if we qualify. I stated that I'm not intending to buy anything and the guy with ISPC documents confirmed that it's NOT an application for the loan. My husband did not know it's a third-party contract that merges between the water treatment company and us. He thought that the water treatment company offers its own contract and a loan and is seeking information to estimate whether we qualify for the loan. 5 months later, I requested my annual credit report and found that ISPC placed a REVOLVING account on my and my husband's credit reports. I asked my husband to contact ISPC and request to cancel it because we did not request money from them and were not aware of the fees and the amount of credit line I saw on the credit report. ISPC denied our request in a rude manner. I read the paper that my husband signed and found that that's a form ISPC uses to place accounts on people's reports. It has no information about credit lines or fees. I requested from ISPC to explain how the account came on my report. They said that my (mentally disabled and they knew about it) husband approved it. I never received a call from ISPC or was aware of the activity that they were doing behind my back. ISPC has no proof that I agreed to and understood the terms and main information of the account or credit line. Moreover, they sent us a slip from the water treatment company that has an amount that does not match the credit line they placed on our credit. We suffered continuous stress, and now ISPC is threatening to sue us. Someone needs to put an end to this fraud and save people from the harm it brings, especially to the disabled and elderly population.
