    On 8/9/23, I ordered a transmission through their website and paid $4310.50. Upon arrival and installation of transmission under the technical service procedures provided by GM, the transmission had no reverse. 100 miles of soft driving and constant checking of fluid. The vehicle quit driving completely. The transmission was sent back and I had to pay for shipping out of pocket which was $482.01. Upon arrival of the warranty replacement. It also failed to engage reverse gear. At this date 3/13/2024. I have been talking with their team daily to try and get a refund. They have offered to pay for shipping and warranty once again. But I have to pay for all of the fluid out of pocket, and do all the work. I have explained to them multiple times how I would not like them to send me another because they havent shown me that they can build a product that can preform with no issues. Due to this I would not like to have to do the same install process over and over and over. They also said in the first warranty return they found signs of abuse, but had no way to prove it. The receptionist had been extremely rude every time on the phone and was unwilling to let me speak with a manager about this issue until she got fed up with me calling every single day for 1 month. Once I spoke with a manager I thought we had resolved the issue and I was going to get a refund. Until a week later I received and email saying they will not refund me.

    Terrible experience. Bought a new Chevy 350 Engine and Transmission. Transmission was leaking right away since the gasket was not put properly. Then I got 200 miles out of the transmission before it stopped working completely. Called for warranty. They said I had to pay to ship it back and forth. They blamed me for not having driven it 500 miles continuously. This place a scam. They are rude and horrible to deal with after you buy from them.
