    I paid almost 4000 dollars to get head gasket replaced. The car overheated just the day I picked it up after driving 10 miles. BMW dealer has diagnosed the cause of overheating due to faulty gasket replacement I presented their report to Guys Automotive and they refused to redo the job

    I have allowed these folks to work on my cars for multiple years and spent thousands with them over the years because of their mechanics who are fair and honest folks. However the management is another conversation. They will gouge you!!! if you are not careful and when you complain via feedback (they have several low marks about the same problem) and they have your car to work on, they will refuse to work on your car. They knew I was out of town when they pulled this. I asked them to have my car ready to pick up when I returned. I was gone for a month, so the battery needed to be charged. I got to my car when I flew in last night and my car would not start (it was in for a radiator hose repair) I was stranded and had to take an addition Lyft home. I was stranded late night in what I did not see as a safe area. I'm sure I will find a better shop. Anyone looking for good mechanics should recruit theirs's. If this is how the management treats clients, I cannot imagine that they treat their employees any better. PS I am a combat veteran and you see how I was treated. Best of luck

    Find another shop to abuse ******. I have not only been fair with you but more than fair. You posted a bad review and I discounted the ticket so that you were happy and were supposed to remove the review but you did not stick to your word 11/2021

    Then, you bring the vehicles in and leave them while you fly out of town for weeks. Both of your vehicles have been repaired here numerous times while you fly out of town for weeks and you were asked to stick to your word and remove the 1st bad review. After leaving this last vehicle this last time, you drop off the vehicle and then complain about being overcharged the visit before. This is 2 bad review prior to this review on the BBB. Our shop was more than reasonable however your cars are older and require more repairs due to their age. I cannot repair the cars for free. I am not a convenience storage lot either for your out of town travels.

    Who writes a bad review while they have their car in the shop waiting for a repair and leaving the car for weeks because they are out of town? You have the audacity to complain because you want discounts. Take your car to another shop, not mine... If I could review a customer, You would get a 1 star...

    P.S. Thank you for your services however this is not a Veteran issue either...

    Abused, you have been paid well and all I asked was you to be honest. I could not find where the remove review was on the BBB site and I told your folks that . I asked them to have you request it be removed and I would agree. Either your folks did not tell you or you did not do it. I found a great shop the next day and they are happy to be PAID by me. Your reviews on Google say it all. There are several bad ones about the same subject, your dishonesty.. As I have said, your mechanics are good people but the issue is you. Case in point, You charged me $500 to clean the roof drains on my Audi S6 your lie was you had to pull the sunroof out. You fixed the sunroof not a year before with replacement parts and I asked you to leave it closed and disconnect the switch. The sunroof switch was reconnected and that was all. Your folks regularly used my cars to run around in, they damaged the ignition switch (Alex repaired it cause he has class) and I could smell cigarette smoke in my car. I have always paid you in full. So wish your folks the buts of luck in dealing with you. PS look at the complaints filed against you at the BBB and your clients won. You sir are bad for the repair community
