    When I first moved into this apartment there was tons of things wrong with it, including a missing sensor on our ADT security system. I have emailed the employees about getting it fixed and they replied saying that they will schedule an appointment to have it fixed. Weeks went by and I have not received an appointment notice or any emails. I emailed again asking if we could get a refund for our $25 monthly fee for the security system that we can't use because of the missing sensor. They have ignored that email twice.

    Should be zero stars. Please do not give this property or property management company any of your hard earned money. The "gates" have never been operational, as far as I have seen. Because of this, the parking lot dumpsters are regularly raided by homeless people and my car has been broken into twice. They charge a monthly fee for pest control, but while living there we had to deal with an obscene amount of wasps, sugar ants and German roaches that no amount of cleaning or store bought repellent could clear out. Rather than repair anything, they paint over most things including loose debris they should have swept up like the paperclip painted onto my porch floor. The AC unit in my apartment was completely filled with black mold. We called maintenance about it and the solution they gave us was to replace the ac filter (which was the brand new one that they had just installed because we had just moved in). On more than one occasion, I filed a maintenance request only to find out that the request was either not completed but confirmed complete or they came out and fixed the wrong thing/something that wasn't broken. (Specifically, I said I needed my kitchen faucet fixed, and they replaced my tub drain in the bathroom..) The office hours are posted as 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, but no one ever answers the phone. They only return your call if it's a maintenance request, but as I said before, those are never dealt with correctly either. I went to move out at the end of my lease and I was informed that I still owed close to $100 for our last water bill, I asked why that wasn't included in our last prorated rent payment and the girl in the office told me that "she didn't know, but they had been trying to call me about it". Had I not stopped in the office to check, they would have sent that bill to collections after not attempting to contact me at all. I would go more into detail, but I'm running out or character space, just don't rent here or from any BH Management Property
