              A representative of this Company came to our home to discuss stairlifts. As he was wearing a non-CDC approved face covering (a neck gator), my husband asked if he had a proper mask, and mentioned that we have immunocompromised people in our home. The rep. questioned that a neck gator was unsatisfactory, and instead of visiting a nearby store to obtain a mask, he left in a huff. I found his behavior to be unprofessional and rude, and not the norm for local businesses (thankfully). I would not recommend this Company due to the behaviour of its representative.
