            I applied for an ARC number with this company. Which is a number I need to get my travel agency up and running. I applied September 18,2022. I was advised I’d get a response within 30 to 45 days. Of course I did not. The representative who was assigned my case, never answered the phone, his voicemail kept saying he was in a meeting. I had to call several times and finally after 50 days another rep transferred me to his phone, and after all this time, he had not even looked at my application. Here I am another 2 months later, and I still have not received any resolution. I’m also afraid of identity theft now because they literally have all my information, from a picture of my passport to my bank info. So I would never recommend dealing with this company. Even if by some Grace of God I finally get this ARC number, I would not recommend this company. They have terrible business practices and they will take your money without providing any service.

            This company's phone number was listed on my itinerary from for a confirmed airline trip.. i called their number to make a change. I called to ask how could we add an infant to our ticket. The representative informed me that I had to pay $125.00 fee in order to include my 10 month old great-granddaughter. We gave her my charge card information to pay the fee. When we got to the airport, we were informed that there is no charge for infants. The airlines had no record of the baby being added to our ticket. I called the company back on my way to our destination and three times on my return. The representative was never available. I left two voicemail messages informing her that she had misinformed me because there is no charge of infants on the airlines. As a coincidence, someone I don't know used the charge card I used for this fee and charged an airline ticket. I have reported this to my charge card's customer service.
