              I made a deposit to my account on May 12 in the amount of $29 and due to an issue on their part they were not able to credit that money to my account. I have spoke to multiple people about this situation and keep getting promised that the money will be here. The money will be here and still have not received my money back.

              This thieving company is no better than the criminals they are pretending to represent. They steal your money, steal your time, & they get sued & don't blink an eye about it, because they don't to follow the rules. This company is above the law it would seem. The BBB don't seem to mind though, all these complaints & inconviences & still no issues being given to the company, or removal of this false company to allow someone else to actually provide a service worth a shit to the families in need. I have sat on hold for hours, days, and still no family contact, or contact from the staff at this phone number. The facilities don't seem to give a shit either, they just bullshit their way along too. Truly sad that no one seems to care about these people, and their families. Families are stressed & just trying to get the information they need to assist and support as much as they can, this type of site & joke is not a good assist and shouldnt be allowed as it adds more stress to already stressful situations.
