            I had Kevin M*** prepare my taxes starting in 2018. He stated he e-filed my return. Much later, I was contacted by the IRS and they indicated my return from 2018 was not filed. I contacted Mr. M*** and he told me it was and he received a confirmation number from the IRS. Later, I was contacted by the IRS again (two more times actually) stating they did not receive my tax return. I called them and they told me Mr. M*** had received a rejection notice. I emailed Kevin with the information and he did not respond. I sent the IRS a physical of my return. They also, contacted me and stated that on my 2020 tax return, the numbers were miscalculated and I ended up having to pay more in taxes to them in the amount of $554.40. I tried contacting g Kevin again and he still has not responded. I emailed him and told him I did not get what I paid him for. The IRS contacted me a total of 4 times and it has been more than frustrating. I paid Kevin for these tax services over $400.00. I requested a partial refund of $200.00 back. He has not responded.
