I ordered replacement parts from Balazs for boxing equipment manufactured by Balazs. I paid $200.02 for this equipment on 12/21/2022 through an e-invoice. When I received the replacement parts, they were not compatible with my boxing equipment. When I contacted Balazs, they informed me that they would not accept responsibility for selling me the wrong replacement parts. They informed me that equipment in my possession was a custom job that they had made years ago, and that they did not actually have schematics for the equipment I now owned. They also told me, that when they sold and shipped me the incompatible replacement parts, they had confused my custom equipment with a similar but different piece of custom equipment that they had also manufactured years ago.In the time that has passed since then, I have sent multiple emails to Balazs. I have also attempted to contact this business by phone. I have petitioned the company for an exchange on my purchase, or a refund. My petitions have been ignored. I do not have a shipping address for this business, so I have not yet attempted to return the incompatible replacement parts to Balazs.
