    On December 28th I received a call from Spring Mountain Adventures informing me that my children had come off a waitlist for ski lessons. I had put them on the wait list in October. I called back and left several messages and spoke to several people who could not answer my questions about how many children the age of my children were in the lessons. On 12/31/21 I spoke to someone who assured me that the lessons were until age 16 and my kids would be fine. At the time, I did not ask further questions as my children and myself had tested positive for COVID the day before and I was in bed not feeling well. The mountain was then closed for several days due to rain. The lessons were to start on Wednesday 1/5/22. I called that day at 4 when the mountain opened and did not get anyone to answer the phone until 4:30. I asked for a supervisor and explained that we could not come for the next two weeks (1/2 the lessons for 2 kids) because of COVID protocol and could I have a refund. They explained their policy and I said I understood their policy and was asked for an exception due to our unusual circumstances. I said that it was very difficult to reach someone as no one answered the phone or returned messages and I was told they always return calls which I knew was a lie as I'd left messages. I was offered a credit or the second session of lessons in February. When I asked how many children the ages of my children were signed up she said she could not give me that information. She then said I could do the next session after telling me they were sold out with a wait list over 100 people long. I asked how I could do the next session if there was a waitlist and I was told "we are done here." I was informed that I could think about what I wanted. When I asked how I would get in touch with someone I was told to call back or email. I emailed on 1/10/22 and as of 1/16/22 have not heard back. Now my son broken his finger and won't be able to ski for several weeks.
