Long, former President of Security Watch, who contacted Bureau personnel on 1/11/06, this company was put into foreclosure by senior lender GE Capital and its assets sold to various companies on 7/19/05. One of the known buyers is Liberty Alarm Services, LLC. Some of the phone numbers for Security Watch are now transferred to Liberty Alarm Services LLC, who is servicing the existing contracts for Security Watch. And other phone numbers have been transferred to United Security Affiliates Corporation, which now employs the officers from Security Watch.
