They STINK! I have been a customer for 25 years. The past 6-9 months has been horrible. They miss my pickup multiple times a month. I call and receive excuses as to why - new driver, regular driver was out sick, you don't use our cans. I just want my trash collected on the two days that I pay to have it collected. If you don't want stinky trash hanging around your house, stay far away from them. They use to be the best now they are the worse.Review from Wendy G

You pay for services that you don’t get. Had 6 missed trash pickups and was told a few times I’d be credited next bill. When I did not have a credit was told they don’t do that.Review from JANICE B

I have been trying to get a new small recycle can from McCullough since June. Our present recycle container is 21 years old and looks it! Emailed McCullough in June 2021, called the end of June 2021, called mid July 2021 and now called again mid August 2021. Told it would be 2 weeks back in June. I think that the 2 weeks have passed. The woman who handles this just gives excuses. Many of our neighbors have gone with another company. We stayed with McCullough since we are long time customers, but getting extremely disappointed with their office service. I think that the owners should be aware of the lack of service from their office.
