This whole experience was probably the worst experience I have ever encounter in my dealings with companies over the years. I am in sales and if I ever treated my clients this way I would be fired. JIm my sales rep was all talk but when it came to take action was no where to be found or would respond I am working on it. Well that was a year later and nothing still has been done. I repeatedly asked for a manager to call and still no response. This company is only out to help customers that the insurance companies don't question and pay claims but again when it actually comes to putting in the hard work they just abandon their clients. My insurance company denied my initial claim and they had we speak to their attorney who was supposed to send me documents so they could proceed and in his words it will only take 5 minutes of your time. I still have not received those documents which I believe was a stall tactic on their side the whole time as now the 1 yr time frame has passed and there is now nothing I can do. When I mentioned about getting another opinion like a public adjuster the sales person balked as it would take away from what they would have been paid- so much for looking out for what's in the best interest of the client. I was told repeatedly that you don't have anything to worry about your going to get a new roof. So one would have to question if I had any real damage to my roof in the first place. Oh and by the way I referred 3 other clients to them during this process as well. If I could give this company negative stars I would. Be ware.
