            On 3/15/2021, I had my roof repaired by Bob Sheetz Roofing. The cost of the repair was $902.50. They installed a new rubber membrane over the seams of my 2nd floor roof around the wall and window. And installed uncured membrane around window and wall. On September 1st (tropical storm Ida), the roof began leaking in the same spot that supposed to have been repaired. I called the following week and the women who answered said that had many calls because of the storm. Since then, I have called on 11/2, 12/2 and 1/10. I still have not heard back from this company. They have never scheduled a time to come view the problem and they have never called me back. Its been over 4 months. I understand if they are busy but at this point I feel that they are never coming out to see the problem or repair it because I can't even get a call back.

            I called Sheetz Roofing for an estimate to replace my roof, and Bob came out immediately. That is the only time he ever came out or called me back. He said that my roof had been damaged by hail, but although he made arrangements with the insurance adjuster to meet him at my home, he didn't bother to come nor did he ever get back to me or the insurance company. As a result, my claim was denied. Either he was trying to scam the insurance company by writing on the estimate that there was hail damage, or he just didn't bother to help us with our claim. I have since discovered that there are many complaints on your website for failure to follow through or call people back.
