Two years ago i filed a BBB complaint against the company for improper billing and failure to respond to questions regarding service. This revolved around the following: Complaints against trees being too low for truck access. The tree limbs were removed but wanted to see if that was sufficient since further destruction of the trees was against the deed restrictions. I was looking for guidance. When called they did not return my call on several occasions and then proceeded to bill me for not purchasing enough gas. Either way they would have billed me for service to the house and not being able to enter. I paid the bill reluctantly in the hope this will be taken care of since they were in the middle of a buyout i hoped service would be better. I now am at a point where my propane levels have dropped and my emergency generator is not working for lack of fuel. They again charged me for not enough gas being serviced. Gas i have been trying to purchase for over year. They have not responded. I have tried purchasing the gas online but they online service on several occasions did not function and once it said i had to pay the bill first. As far as i am concerned they have breached their contract and all payments are null and void until they respond to answer my questions.
