            The Rainbow Moving broker **** was hired by my employer. **** confirmed that certain dates can happen for the pick up of my household good and their delivery. Then, only the day before the original pickup date **** changed the date to later without giving me a definite answer. This is extremely frustrating because I fly out to my new location which is so close to the original pick up date.Also, **** said they can't deliver my items by a certain date which has to be scheduled with my landlord. Rainbow Movers said they can deliver by a very late date which is unacceptable because this is after I start my job and my Travel Authorization from my employer has ended. Also my rent for my new place has also started and I already packed my things. **** could have been upfront about how long it takes to move my stuff so I could have planned ahead with my employers. Instead, he chose to tell me only last minute to put me in a bind where I cant find an alternative company.
