    Movers damaged wall in my townhouse. I made a claim with their claims department and they agreed to have a handyman fix it with an agreed price and for me to send the final bill.I have sent the bill and repeatedly emailed with no response and no payment for the service that was completed.

    If it allowed zero stars I would have selected such. I would not recommend doing business with this company for any reason. This company does a great job of selling professional, thorough, and efficient moving at a competitive price, but that is all you are going to get that can be labeled as "Great." My in home estimates were off at every step of the process, packing, load out, and so far the move, has been over the quoted amount. Packing was the most efficient part of the process, the ladies were great, the guys who came to do the load out were at my house much longer than necessary due to the number of breaks they were taking. The young guy they sent couldn't take the guest bed apart and ended up stripping multiple screws in the frame before I could even begin to assist, I won't know the total picture of what damage was done until they deliver and I can see if the bed can be saved. On that note, delivery- I have yet to receive my belongings. I have attempted multiple times to get an accurate weight in order to know what the move is going to cost me (load out was the last week of May). As of this morning (21 July 2022) my belongings are still in the storage facility waiting for a driver, the gentleman I spoke to on the phone was unprofessional and wanted to patronize me and tell me he deals with colonels and generals all the time and even they don't know when they are getting their stuff... As if their interactions with military brass is supposed to bring justification to the experience I have had with the company? If you can avoid doing business with this company, I would recommend it. If for no other reason than to keep your sanity during an already stressful and taxing time like moving across the country. I regret agreeing to let this company help me move AND I am still going to have to pay them thousands of dollars for this process.
